We strive to provide high-quality educational experiences and fair policies for all participants. Please read this Policy carefully before registering for any paid webinar.
2. Free Webinars
For webinars offered free of charge:
- No refund is applicable as there is no payment involved
- You may cancel your registration at any time before the webinar
- Cancellation can be done by clicking the cancellation link in your registration email
- No-shows will not affect your ability to register for future webinars
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule free webinars without liability
3. Paid Webinars - User-Initiated Cancellation
3.1 Cancellation Timeline
Refund eligibility for paid webinars depends on when you cancel your registration:
Full Refund (100%)
Cancellations made more than 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled webinar start time:
- Eligible for a full refund (100% of the registration fee)
- Processing fee may be deducted by the payment gateway
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
Partial Refund (50%)
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled webinar start time:
- Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee
- Payment gateway fees will be deducted
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled webinar start time:
- No refund will be issued
- Registration fee is non-refundable
- No credit or transfer to future webinars
3.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your registration:
- Log in to your account on the Biocodez webinar platform
- Navigate to "My Webinars" or "Registered Webinars"
- Click on the webinar you wish to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Registration" button
- Confirm the cancellation and submit your refund request
- You will receive a confirmation email with refund details

4. Webinar Cancellation by Biocodez LLP
4.1 Full Refund Policy
In the event that Biocodez LLP cancels a webinar for any reason, all registered participants will be eligible for a full refund (100%), regardless of the cancellation timeline.
4.2 Reasons for Cancellation
We may cancel a webinar due to:
- Instructor unavailability due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
- Technical difficulties that prevent webinar delivery
- Insufficient registrations to conduct the webinar
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
4.3 Notification and Refund Process
- Participants will be notified via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time (when possible)
- Full refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method
- Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days of cancellation
- Participants may also be offered the option to transfer registration to a future webinar
5. Webinar Rescheduling
5.1 Rescheduling by Biocodez LLP
If a webinar is rescheduled to a new date/time:
- All registered participants will be notified via email
- Participants may choose to attend the rescheduled session
- Participants who cannot attend the new date may request a full refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the rescheduling notification
- No partial refunds will be offered for rescheduled webinars
5.2 User Request for Rescheduling
Individual participants cannot request to reschedule a webinar. If you cannot attend a scheduled webinar, you may cancel your registration according to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 3.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a webinar for which you have registered and paid:
- No refund will be issued
- No credit will be provided for future webinars
- No exceptions will be made for personal emergencies, technical issues, or other reasons
- We recommend testing your technical setup before the webinar and joining on time
Exception: If you experience technical difficulties on our end (platform outage, server issues), please contact support immediately. We will investigate and may offer a refund or alternative arrangement on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refund Processing Details
7.1 Processing Time
- Refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days of cancellation approval
- The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your statement
- Bank transfers and UPI refunds may take 3-7 business days

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for registration
- We cannot process refunds to a different account or payment method

7.3 Payment Gateway Fees
Please note that payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable. The refund amount may be reduced by:

8. Partial Attendance
If you attend only part of a webinar:

- You are responsible for attending the entire scheduled duration
- Leaving early or joining late does not entitle you to a refund
- Certificate eligibility depends on meeting minimum attendance requirements (typically 75%)
9. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
9.1 User-Side Technical Issues
We are not responsible for technical issues on your end, including:
- Internet connectivity problems
- Device compatibility issues
- Software or browser incompatibility
- Audio/video hardware failures
No refunds will be provided for user-side technical difficulties. We recommend testing your setup before the webinar.
9.2 Platform-Side Technical Issues
If technical issues on our platform prevent you from attending or significantly disrupt the webinar:
- Please contact support immediately during the webinar
- We will investigate the issue and verify platform logs
- If confirmed, we may offer a full refund or access to a future session
- Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis
10. Transfer of Registration
Webinar registrations are personal and non-transferable:
- You cannot transfer your registration to another person
- Access credentials are unique to each registrant
- Sharing access links violates our Terms of Service
