2. Eligibility

Biocodez LLP provides an online platform for hosting and attending educational webinars, including:

• Live interactive webinar sessions
• Digital certificates of completion
• Access to recorded sessions (where applicable)
• Educational materials and resources
• Communication with instructors and participants

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

5. Webinar Registration and Payment

5.1 Registration Process

To register for a webinar, you must complete the registration form and, for paid webinars, submit payment through our secure payment gateway. Registration is confirmed upon successful payment processing.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration
• We accept payments through Razorpay and other authorized payment methods
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and transaction fees

5.3 Payment Gateway

All payment transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card or banking information. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors.

6. Attendance and Access Rights

6.1 Webinar Access

• Access credentials will be sent to your registered email address
• You must attend the webinar at the scheduled time
• Access links are personal and non-transferable
• Technical requirements must be met for optimal experience

6.2 Attendance Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, you must:

• Attend the minimum required percentage of the webinar (typically 75%)
• Maintain active participation throughout the session
• Complete any required assessments or evaluations

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of Biocodez LLP or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent
• Record, screenshot, or capture webinar sessions without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7.3 Certificates

Digital certificates issued by Biocodez LLP remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to display your certificate. Fraudulent use or alteration of certificates is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or instructors
• Sharing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our Services
• Scraping or extracting data from our platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

9.1 Service Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biocodez LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of substitute services
• Personal or professional injury
• Failure to meet business or professional objectives

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific webinar in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biocodez LLP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Inactivity for extended periods

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any other legal notices published on our platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Biocodez LLP concerning your use of our Services.
